Ασχημο πράμα να γίνεις μάρτυρας σε φόνο που έχει διαπραχθεί από διεφθαρμένο αστυνομικό κι ακόμα χειρότερο αν μέσα στον πανικό σου αφήνεις στον τόπο του εγκλήματος τη νέα φοβερή και τρομερή ποικιλία μαριχουάνας «Pineapple Express». Σαν να μην έφταναν όλα αυτά, σε έχει ήδη πάρει χαμπάρι ο θύτης και όπως είναι αναμενόμενο δεν πρόκειται να ησυχάσει αν δε σε βρεί για να κάνει από ‘κει και πέρα ό,τι έχει στο μυαλό του. Οπως καταλαβαίνετε, τα πράγματα δεν είναι ρόδινα για τον ράθυμο Ντέιλ και ακόμα πιο ράθυμο προμηθευτή του Σαούλ, αφού οι διώκτες τους θέλουν να τους ανακαλύψουν το συντομότερο δυνατό.
