Αφότου η μητριά τους πυροβολείται κατά τη διάρκεια μιας ένοπλης ληστείας σε ένα κατάστημα, τα αποξενωμένα αδέλφια ξανασμίγουν προκειμένου να εκδικηθούν και να πάρουν την κατάσταση στα χέρια τους. Αψηφώντας τις αστυνομικές εντολές, τα τέσσερα αδέλφια ξεκινούν κάνοντας άνω κάτω τη γειτονιά που μένουν στο Ντιτρόιτ, αναζητώντας τον εγκέφαλο που κρύβεται πίσω από τη βάναυση δολοφονία. Στην πορεία θα ανακαλύψουν ότι οι δεσμοί που τους ενώνουν είναι πιο πυκνοί κι από το ίδιο τους το αίμα.
