Λίγο πριν ακόμα ένας γύρος με το τρενάκι του τρόμου ξεκινήσει, η Γουέντι έχει μία παράξενη, κακή διαίσθηση. Ξαφνικά, μπροστά από τα μάτια της περνούν οι εικόνες ενός τρομακτικού ατυχήματος. Η νεαρή κοπέλα αισθάνεται ότι κάτι δεν πάει καλά. Παρά τις αντιδράσεις των ενοχλημένων επιβατών, η Γουέντι και κάποιοι από τους φίλους της καταφέρνουν να σταματήσουν το τρενάκι και να κατέβουν. Λίγα δευτερόλεπτα μετά, οι σκηνές που θα εκτυλιχτούν θα επιβεβαιώσουν τους φόβους της Γουέντι...Η 6η αίσθηση της Γουέντι γλιτώνει την ίδια και έξι ακόμα ανθρώπους από βέβαιο θάνατο. Όμως, ταυτόχρονα, «μπλοκάρει» τα σχέδια του Θανάτου, μπαίνοντας έτσι στο ανελέητο στόχαστρό του...Γεμάτη ενοχές για το θάνατο τόσων ανθρώπων, μεταξύ των οποίων και του φίλου της Τζέισον, η Γουέντι εκτός του ότι νιώθει ότι και η δική της σειρά πλησιάζει, πρέπει να απολογηθεί σε όλους εκείνους που πιστεύουν ότι με κάποιο μεταφυσικό...
