Ο ιδιωτικός ντέντεκτιβ Μάρλοου προσλαμβάνεται να προσέχει την κόρη του στρατηγού Στρέρνγουντ, Κάρμεν. Η Κάρμεν έχει μπλέξει με κακές παρέες και είναι ικανή για το χειρότερο.
