Στο Pound of Flesh ο Van Damme πέφτει θύμα μίας μυστηριώδης γυναίκας που θα τον αποπλανήσει, θα τον ναρκώσει και θα αφήσει την συμμορία της να αναλάβει τα υπόλοιπα... χειρουργικά. Φυσικά ο Van Damme τα έχει πάρει κανονικά και το θέλει πίσω. Όχι τόσο για τον ίδιο, όσο για την άρρωστη ανιψιά του που χρειάζεται να κάνει επειγόντως μεταμόσχευση! Ο ώριμος πλέον αλλά αρκετά ανανεωμένος "ανίκητος" σταρ, επιστρέφει στα action πράγματα με το Pound of Flesh. Μία ταινία που βασίζεται στο τρελό σενάριο που σε θέλει να ξυπνάς μέσα σε μία μπανιέρα με πάγο και το ένα σου νεφρό να λείπει!
