Ο Barney (Σταλόνε), ο Christmas (Statham) και οι υπόλοιποι της ομάδας έρχονται πρόσωπο με πρόσωπο με τον Conrad Stonebanks (Gibson), ο οποίος χρόνια πριν, συνίδρυσε τους Αναλώσιμους με τον Barney. Ο Stonebanks στη συνέχεια έγινε ένας αδίστακτος έμπορος όπλων και κάποιος που ο Barney αναγκάστηκε να σκοτώσει ... ή έτσι νόμιζε. Ο Stonebanks, ο οποίος απέφυγε τον θάνατο μία φορά στο παρελθόν, τώρα έχει βάλει στόχο να αποτελειώσει για πάντα τους Αναλώσιμους - όμως ο Barney έχει άλλα σχέδια. Ο Barney αποφασίζει ότι πρέπει να αγωνιστεί η ομάδα της παλιάς φρουράς μαζί με νέο αίμα, φέρνοντας σε μια νέα εποχή τα μέλη των Αναλώσιμων. Έτσι προσλαμβάνονται άτομα που είναι νεότερα, πιο γρήγορα και πλήρως προσαρμοσμένα στον εξοπλισμό της προηγμένης τεχνολογίας. Η τελευταία αποστολή είναι στο στυλ μιας σύγκρουσης της κλασικής παλιάς σχολής απέναντι στην τεχνογνωσία της υψηλής τεχνολογίας στην πιο προσωπική μάχη των Αναλώσιμων που έγινε ποτέ.
