Αν οι νόμοι πρέπει να σπάσουν, αν τα όρια πρέπει να ξεπεραστούν, κάντε το γρήγορα! Κάντε το με μανία! Ένας νεαρός αστυνομικός, βρίσκεται σε μια κρυφή αποστολή. Θα πρέπει να μπει στον κόσμο των γρήγορων αυτοκινήτων και των ανθρώπων τους για να ερευνήσει μια μεγάλη κλοπή. Η κλοπή έγινε εν κινήσει από ένα φορτηγό, με τη βοήθεια τριών "φτιαγμένων" αυτοκινήτων. Για να μπει στον κόσμο αυτό των ανθρώπων που στήνουν αυτοσχέδιες κόντρες και ρίχνουν απίστευτα ποσά για το στήσιμο των αυτοκινήτων τους, θα προσεγγίσει την Mia, την αδελφή του αρχηγού της ομάδας. Οι καταστάσεις θα τον κάνουν μέλος της συμμορίας αλλά οι κινήσεις του θα βάλουν κάποιους σε υποψίες. Εκείνος όμως θα αρχίσει να ερωτεύεται την Mia, ενώ τα στοιχεία δείχνουν ότι ο αδελφός της έχει άμεση σχέση με τις κλοπές...
