Ο κακός μάγος Δρακουμέλ φτιάχνει τα Naughties, μια κακότροπη και σκανταλιάρικη εκδοχή των Στρουμφ, με σκοπό να κάνει επιτέλους δική του τη μαγική και πανίσχυρη πεμπτουσία τους. πολύ σύντομα, όμως, θα ανακαλύψει ότι μόνο ένα πραγματικό μπλε Στρουμφ μπορεί να του δώσει αυτό που του λείπει: ένα μυστικό ξόρκι που κατέχει η Στρουμφίτα και που μόνο αυτό μπορεί να μετατρέψει τα Naughties σε πραγματικά Στρουμφ. Έτσι ο δαιμόνιος μάγος την απαγάγει και την κρατάει αιχμάλωτη στο Παρίσι. Ο Παπαστρούμφ και η παρέα του ενώνουν και πάλι τις δυνάμεις τους με τους Πάτρικ και Γκρέις Γουίνσλοου, αλλά και με τον Βικ, τον αποξενωμένο πατριό του Πάτρικ, προκειμένου να σώσουν την πολυαγαπημένη τους Στρουμφίτα. Κι όλα αυτά πρέπει να γίνουν γρήγορα, πριν ο Δρακουμέλ μάθει το μυστικό που θα του επιτρέψει να κατακτήσει τον κόσμο.
