Βασισµένο σε πραγµατική ιστορία, ακολουθεί την ιστορία δύο εικοσάχρονων (Χιλ και Τέλερ), οι οποίοι ζουν στο Μαϊάµι κατά τη διάρκεια του Πόλεµου στο Ιράκ, και εκµεταλλεύονται µια σχεδόν άγνωστη κυβερνητική πρωτοβουλία, που επιτρέπει σε µικρές επιχειρήσεις να ‘κλείνουν’ συµβόλαια του Αµερικανικού στρατού. Παρά το ταπεινό ξεκίνηµά τους, καταφέρνουν να βγάλουν πολλά χρήµατα και να ζήσουν τη µεγάλη ζωή. Όµως, οι δύο φίλοι θα χάσουν κάθε έλεγχο όταν θα κλείσουν µια συµφωνία 300 εκατοµµυρίων δολαρίων για εξοπλιστικά συστήµατα του Αφγανικού στρατού – µια συµφωνία που θα τους φέρει σε επαφή µε σκοτεινούς ανθρώπους, πίσω από τους οποίους, όπως θα αποδειχθεί, κρύβεται η ίδια η Αµερικανική κυβέρνησ
