Τέταρτη ταινία του franchise και ομολογώ κάπως καλύτερη από τις προηγούμενες δύο συνέχειες της κατά την γνώμη μου πολύ καλής πρώτης. Θετικότατο σημείο πως η ταινία είναι πρίκουελ δείχνοντας στην αρχή τους γνωστούς τρεις παραμορφωμένους κανίβαλους ως παιδιά έγκλειστα στο ψυχιατρείο, και μετά μας πηγαίνει στην περίοδο λίγο πριν την πρώτη ταινία χρονολογικά. Μαθαίνουμε λίγα πράγματα για την ιστορία τους, αλλά δυστυχώς δεν εμβαθύνει πολύ στην πορεία τους ανά τα χρόνια, που θα ήταν καλό και μας μεταφέρει απευθείας στο παρόν. Κλασσικά κολεγιόπαιδα σαν θύματα, αλλά με μια παραλλαγή φόντου, μιας και ξεφεύγουμε από το δάσος. Δεν λείπει πάλι το άφθονο αίμα και οι ακρωτηριασμοί σήμα κατατεθέν, αλλά προσωπικά αν και κοινή ταινία την χάρηκα κάπως. Το τέλος μου άρεσε αρκετά γιατί ναι μεν περίμενα τέτοια τελική εξέλιξη αλλά όχι με αυτόν τον τρόπο.
