Ο Μεγαλοφυής είναι ένας πανέξυπνος και διαβολικός υπέρ-κακός και παράλληλα, από τους πλέον αποτυχημένους. Στην πάροδο των χρόνων, έχει προσπαθήσει να κατακτήσει την πόλη με κάθε τρόπο που μπορεί να φανταστεί κανείς, αλλά κάθε προσπάθειά του συνιστά άλλη μια κολοσσιαία αποτυχία… Όταν κατορθώνει και σκοτώνει τον μπερτοφορεμένο υπέρ-ήρωα Μέτρο Μαν –έστω και κατά λάθος- συνειδητοποιεί πως τώρα πια δεν έχει κανένα σκοπό στη ζωή του, αφού δεν έχει κανέναν αντίπαλο κι αποφασίζει, πως ο μόνος τρόπος να ξεφύγει από αυτό το τέλμα είναι να δημιουργήσει ένα νέο ήρωα για αντίπαλό του. Έτσι γεννιέται ο Τάιταν, που είναι μεγαλύτερος, καλύτερος και πιο δυνατός απ’ ότι ποτέ του υπήρξε ο Μέτρo Mαν, αλλά κι αυτός πολύ σύντομα αρχίζει να πιστεύει πως είναι πολύ πιο διασκεδαστικό να είσαι κακός παρά καλός… Τώρα ο Μεγαλοφυής πρέπει να νικήσει την ίδια του (τώρα πια) διαβολική δημιουργία. Μπορεί ο εξυπνότερος άνθρωπος του κόσμου να πάρει για μια φορά την έξυπνη απόφαση; Μπορεί η Σατανική αυτή Ιδιοφυΐα να αλλάξει πλευρά και να γίνει ο Ήρωας της δικής του ιστορίας;
