Τα πράγματα πάνε όλο και πιο καλά στη ζωή του Samuel και της Nadia: σε λίγο καιρό αυτός θα γίνει νοσοκόμος κι εκείνη περιμένει το πρώτο τους παιδί. Όμως τα πάντα θα ανατραπούν όταν η Nadia πέφτει θύμα απαγωγής μπροστά στα μάτια του Samuel, που είναι ανήμπορος να κάνει κάτι για να τη σώσει. Μόλις συνέρχεται, χτυπάει το κινητό του: μέσα σε τρεις ώρες θα πρέπει να έχει πάει στο νοσοκομείο όπου δουλεύει για να βγάλει από εκεί έναν άντρα με αστυνομική συνοδεία. Κι από εκείνη τη στιγμή η μοίρα του Samuel θα δεθεί με τη μοίρα του διαβόητου ληστή Sartet, που όλες οι υπηρεσίες της αστυνομίας είχαν ξεχυθεί για να τον συλλάβουν. Αν θέλει να ξαναδεί τη γυναίκα του ζωντανή, ο Samuel θα πρέπει να δράσει γρήγορα
