Η διαφορά στη φιλοσοφία μεταξύ δυο αντρών, ενός φονταμενταλιστή χριστιανού και ενός άθεου, που εμπλέκονται σε ένα ερωτικό τρίγωνο με μια όμορφη γυναίκα, θα τους οδηγήσει σε μια θανάσιμη διαμάχη. Έτσι, ο πιστός θα οδηγήσει τον άπιστο στην άκρη ενός μεγάλου κτιρίου, όπου θα πρέπει για την επόμενη ώρα να αποφασίσει αν θα διαλέξει τη ζωή του ή τον θάνατο ενός άλλου ανθρώπου, ενώ την ίδια στιγμή, ένας αστυνομικός προσπαθεί να τον σώσει.
