Ο Πο ζει το όνειρο του ως μαχητής του Δράκου και φυλάει την Κοιλάδα της Ειρήνης μαζί με τους πέντε φίλους του. Θα εμφανιστεί, όμως, ένας δόλιος εχθρός που σκοπό έχει να κατακτήσει όλη την Κίνα και να καταστρέψει για πάντα το κουνγκ-φου. Τώρα, ο Πο και η παρέα του πρέπει να διασχίσουν όλη την χώρα για να αντιμετωπίσουν τον νέο εχθρό. Ο μόνος, όμως, τρόπος να νικήσει είναι να ανακαλύψει το δικό του παρελθόν.
