Ο Σεθ Τζέκο και ο ιδιόμορφος μικρότερος αδερφός του, Ρίτσαρντ (τον υποδύεται ο Ταραντίνο!) μετά από μία ληστεία στο Τέξας προσπαθούν να καταφύγουν στο Μεξικό. Για να το καταφέρουν αυτό οι δύο φυγάδες θα απαγάγουν την οικογένεια Φούλερ και το τροχόσπιτο-αμάξι τους, η οποία αποτελείται από τον μπαμπά Φούλερ, που είναι παπάς, την κόρη Φούλερ που ξυπνάει τις άγριες διαθέσεις του ολίγον... ψυχανώμαλου Ρίτσαρντ και το γιο Φούλερ που είναι και ο μόνος Κινέζος της οικογένειας, καθότι υιοθετημένος! Όταν καταφτάνουν στο Μεξικό τα δύο αδέρφια, Σεθ και Ρίτσαρντ, έχουν συνάντηση με τους άλλους συνεργάτες τους σε ένα στριπ μπαρ στην μέση του πουθενά. Μπαίνουν μέσα κρατώντας ακόμα μαζί τους τους Φούλερ και εκεί αφού κάνει την εμφάνιση της η καυτή Σαντάνικο Παντεμόνιουμ (η Σάλμα Χάγιεκ στην πιο αισθησιακή στιγμή της!), θα ανοίξουν οι πύλες της κόλασης! Τώρα, θα πρέπει να αντέξουν μέσα στο κλειδωμενο μπαρ μέχρι την αυγή, αφού όλοι όσοι δουλεύουν εκεί είναι στην πραγματικότητα βαμπίρ που μόνος τους σκοπός είναι να στραγγίξουν και την τελευταία σταγόνα αίματος των ανυποψίαστων θαμώνων
