Οι Sons of Anarchy είναι ένα κλαμπ μοτοσυκλετιστών που δρα ως συμμορία ελέγχοντας την πόλη του Τσάρμινγκ και κάνοντας εμπόριο όπλων. Ο Τζακς είναι ο γιος του ιδρυτή και συνεχιστής της παράδοσης στην οποία γεννήθηκε. Συνειδητοποιεί ότι το κλαμπ δεν αντιπροσωπεύει πλέον το όραμα του πατέρα του, μιας αδελφότητας, μιας κοινωνικής επανάστασης, ενός κοινόβιου. Στην ιδέα να επιστρέψει σε αυτή την κατεύθυνση βρίσκει αντίθετους όχι μόνο τον αρχηγό (Ron Perlman), αλλά κυρίως τη μητέρα του (Katey Sagal), που μοιάζει να κινεί τα νήματα παρασκηνιακά. Από το πρώτο επεισόδιο φαίνεται πολύ καλογυρισμένο, με τη σχετική βία/ναρκωτικά και τα λοιπά, αλλά και άψογες ερμηνείες. Ο Charlie Hunnam εκτός από κούκλος είναι και γεννημένος πρωταγωνιστής. (Ακούει ο casting director του Mentalist;)
